This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.
• Integrate within a fundamental business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.
• Identify the business challenges and specify the decisions that each analysis will address.
• Establish metrics and create reports.
• Conduct analyses and design experiments.
• Highlight insights that enhance key team metrics.
• Deliver recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations partners.
• Clarify what is occurring, why it is occurring, and outline the appropriate next steps.
• Propel initiatives through execution and measurable results.
• Over 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.
• Proven history of tackling ambiguous problems and creating impact.
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.
• Capacity to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Skill in breaking down ambiguous issues into clear hypotheses.
• Experience in defining metrics, generating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse SQL, Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
• Must currently reside in one of the qualified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
