• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract data insights that enhance your team’s key metrics.

• Provide recommendations to colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations, explaining what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and the recommended next steps.

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in extracting, organizing, and interpreting data independently.

• Proven experience in managing ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results.

• Effective and persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
