Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize R/Python and SQL to design, implement, and oversee production-ready data science and machine learning pipelines aimed at predictive modeling.

• Navigate intricate business and technical scopes, addressing stakeholder needs and practical implications to identify data science opportunities.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to pinpoint relevant statistical and machine learning techniques for deriving business insights.

• Act as a technical consultant, translating complex technical information for executives, stakeholders, and less-experienced team members.

• Create, develop, and monitor solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to tackle real-world business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency combined with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Familiarity with cloud data science platforms such as GCP, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, or Redshift Sage.

• Solid understanding of how to leverage HR data to solve business challenges.

• Experience in data pipelining from survey results or in ingesting and structuring Oracle Cloud datasets.
