Data Science, Quantitative Analysis Expert

📋 Description

• Become a part of an innovative AI project aimed at establishing the next generation of evaluation benchmarks for cutting-edge AI models.

• Design intricate, multi-tiered analytical challenges that replicate real-world research and business situations—from dataset preparation and statistical method comparison to result interpretation and actionable insights presentation.

• Collaborate intimately with AI researchers to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of advanced AI models, as well as to enhance evaluation benchmarks for measuring analytical reasoning more effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or another quantitative STEM field.

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in research, research engineering, quantitative analysis, data science, or a similar data-intensive analytical role.

• Extensive hands-on experience in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, statistical testing, correlation analysis, predictive modeling, and the interpretation of analytical results.

• Proficiency in Jupyter Notebooks or Google Colab for developing reproducible analytical workflows.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python, including familiarity with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, or equivalent analytical frameworks.

• Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative software development methodologies.

• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to convey analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI evaluation, benchmark development, AI model assessment, or task creation.

• Exceptional analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the capability to independently tackle complex, open-ended problems.

• Availability to commit roughly 35 hours per week on a regular basis.
