Data Science Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated quantitative modules utilizing various programs/software to enhance predictive evaluations.

• Articulate the behavior and outcomes of analytics models to business stakeholders.

• Conduct technical risk analyses and reliability assessments.

• Execute intricate analyses, including optimization, text analytics, machine learning, and statistical evaluation.

• Develop algorithms that integrate multiple models and methodologies.

• Utilize data science techniques and libraries to address business challenges.

• Lead a team of data scientists to achieve project objectives.

• Implement engineering strategies to deliver value to the business.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven capability to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Proficient in statistical analysis.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is highly preferred.

• Experience in developing enterprise software using modern tools and environments.
