This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Ensure a cohesive perspective across Data Migration, ODPS/Semantic Layer, Data Warehouse, Reporting, downstream applications, and UAT.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams from the requirements phase to validation, which includes participation in data mapping, progress monitoring, and change management.
• Oversee the sequencing of data mapping, data availability, warehouse utilization, report generation, and downstream application testing.
• Detect and address gaps, conflicts, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.
• Create and sustain integrated schedules, dependency maps, and readiness plans involving Product, Engineering, Data, Reporting, Testing, and Transformation Office teams.
• Monitor critical path activities and escalate issues with fact-based alternatives and recommendations.
• Assist in PI, release, and go-live planning activities.
• Facilitate decision-making meetings and document actionable results.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through mapping, semantic layer exposure, warehouse utilization, reporting, and testing.
• Promote Jira hygiene, dependency tracking, dashboard reporting, leadership updates, and readiness monitoring.
• Collaborate on UAT planning and resolution of issues.
• Link reporting readiness to launch, training, and go/no-go planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in project, program, transformation, or delivery management.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple delivery teams.
• Strong skills in planning, dependency management, governance, and execution oversight.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage risks, issues, decisions, impediments, and executive escalations.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to influence results and foster alignment without direct authority.
• Experience in supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale technology delivery initiatives.
• Familiarity with data migration, integration, warehousing, analytics, reporting, and testing processes.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience working within Agile Release Train delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to create executive dashboards, scorecards, or readiness reports.
• SAFe, PMP, Agile, or related program management certification.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
