Data & Reporting Analyst – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Takes ownership and leads enhancements in data and automation for Tableau, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and various reporting and automation projects.

• Develops and maintains Tableau and Power BI dashboards, as well as recurring and ad hoc reports and reporting tools for both internal and external clients.

• Integrates automation and efficiency into reporting solutions, establishing processes that ensure accuracy and reliability in results.

• Collaborates directly with Software/IT teams, clients, and vendors to succinctly translate complex concepts and integrate various data solutions.

• Aids in the technical advancement of Client Services reporting solutions by enhancing data warehouse and API-connected solutions.

• Evaluates Client Services business trends to identify improvement initiatives and strategies for reporting and automation.

• Crafts governance standards for quality assurance, version control of reports/macros, and documentation of automation processes.

• Oversees the quality control process across the reporting team to ensure comprehensive and consistent evaluation of all reports, invoices, and reconciliations.

• Executes database queries and conducts business data analysis as required.

• Assists with reconciliations, macros, reports, and other automation processes as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a business or data analyst is essential.

• Proven success with data manipulation and visualization tools, including Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Capable of creating, interpreting, and maintaining complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel, along with demonstrated analytical skills to address business challenges.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, LookUps, Index/Match, Charts/Graphs, PowerQuery, and VBA).

• Ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate closely to identify effective solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is highly preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience with call center technologies (IVR, call routing, call tracking, WFO) and database technologies.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS.

• Tableau certification is desirable.
