Data Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Refresh training and testing model databases with newly generated or modified synthetic textual and image data.

• Commence model training procedures utilizing internal tools and command-line interfaces.

• Create and develop test and training datasets according to the guidelines set by the project manager and other full-time staff.

• Perform manual quality assessments of model outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive reports on findings, encompassing elements such as utterance quality, LLM evaluation, ASR bug tracking, and customer pain points.

• Utilize foundational knowledge of natural language processing and linguistics in data processing assignments.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Acquaintance with command-line tools and interfaces.

• Robust analytical skills with the capacity to discern patterns and irregularities.
