This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address DLP alerts and conduct analysis for triage and escalation.
• Evaluate and consolidate data loss prevention information to refine existing policies and identify further controls.
• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional, and multi-regional teams.
• Analyze worldwide data loss prevention metrics and deliver reporting.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and provide DLP training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with essential business stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables and negotiate feasibility with available tools and resources.
• Define, execute, and sustain improvements in processes and technology to prevent unauthorized disclosure, modification, removal, or destruction of information.
• Act as a DLP subject matter expert within the organization.
• Collaborate on the DLP rule development lifecycle, including policy creation, response rules, and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in potential breach investigations while adhering to relevant data privacy and protection regulations.
• Conduct enhanced monitoring activities and provide resolutions to involved stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Background in Data Protection / Information Security roles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of query languages, including KQL.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in Excel.
• Preferred knowledge of MS Defender, MS Sentinel, and/or MS Purview.
• Experience with DLP monitoring tools is preferred.
• Additional expertise in technical areas, cybersecurity, data analysis, collaborative tools, RSA-Archer, Power BI, programming, security domains, and information technology is advantageous.
• Ability to read additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Thai, or Portuguese is a plus.
