Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guarantee adherence to UK regulatory requirements within the organization

• Evaluate and revise internal policies and procedures to align with current legislation

• Perform compliance audits and risk assessments, providing detailed reports on findings

• Educate staff on compliance responsibilities, codes of conduct, and best practices

• Communicate with regulators and external auditors as necessary

• Maintain registers, documentation, and reporting systems related to compliance

• Operate during UK business hours

• Collaborate with prominent UK employers from a home office

• Excellent analytical and report-writing abilities in English
