This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Perform compliance monitoring, audits, and investigations to ensure conformity with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Assess findings and identify suitable corrective measures.
• Oversee resolution processes to tackle non-compliance issues and enhance program integrity.
• Manage assigned compliance cases from the initial intake to final resolution.
• Execute compliance audits and monitoring tasks for internal stakeholders, providers, and vendors.
• Investigate claims of non-compliance.
• Supervise the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• High school diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Associate's degree with four (4) years of experience in the same areas; OR Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience in the same areas; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Residency in North Carolina is mandatory.
• Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as needed.
• Preferred experience includes public speaking, mediation and/or problem resolution, group facilitation, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and project management.
• Preferred qualifications: CHC, AFHI, CFE, and full licensure in the State of NC - LCMHC, LMFT, LCWS, LCAS, or RN.
