This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address DLP alerts and conduct analysis for triage and escalation.
• Examine and compile data-loss-prevention information to improve and refine existing policies while identifying further controls.
• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional, and/or multi-regional teams.
• Analyze worldwide DLP data and generate metric reports.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and DLP training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables and negotiate feasibility with available tools and resources.
• Define, implement, and support process and technology enhancements to prevent unauthorized disclosure, alteration, removal, or destruction of information.
• Act as a DLP subject matter expert.
• Collaborate on the DLP rule-development lifecycle, which includes policy creation, response rules, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in potential breach investigations and apply relevant data privacy and protection regulations.
• Conduct advanced monitoring activities and provide resolutions to involved stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in Data Protection / Information Security roles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of query languages, including KQL.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Defender, MS Sentinel, and/or MS Purview is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and collaborative tools is preferred.
• Experience with the RSA-Archer Case Management tool is preferred.
• Proficiency in using DLP monitoring tools is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity tools, security practices, technology areas, security domains, IT Asset Management, Active Directory, HTML, APIs, visual programming, Python, Git, VBA, Regex, and Power BI is preferred or considered a plus.
• The ability to read additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Thai, or Portuguese is a plus.
