This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop and enhance the roadmap for data products by identifying strategic opportunities and aligning with various business areas.

• Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs to ensure high-value delivery with an emphasis on user experience.

• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications for the data engineering team.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure alignment and the delivery of value.

• Track squad performance metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in data governance, security, and compliance efforts.

• Lead agile ceremonies in partnership with the agility team.

• Oversee production releases and manage communications with partner departments.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in similar roles.

• Proven experience in data product projects centered around business areas.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and techniques for backlog prioritization.

• Knowledge of OKRs, agile practices, metrics, and product prioritization methods (backlog).

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Capability to discern context for identifying opportunities and managing conflicts and expectations.

• Proficient communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated proactivity, critical thinking, ownership mentality, and adaptability.

• Fundamental understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence as applied to data.

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging practices.
