Data Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Data team's backlog and prioritize the most valuable topics.

• Question requests, identify business implications, and establish clear trade-offs.

• Implement product methodologies by defining problems, users, timelines, and success metrics.

• Assess the post-delivery impact on business decisions.

• Act as the Product Manager for NAO, the organization's AI and Data assistant.

• Propel NAO's implementation and ongoing enhancement by analyzing chat replays, understanding usage, testing and refining prompts, collecting feedback from business units, and launching new features.

• Equip Data Analysts with business context, problem definitions, prioritization, and success criteria.

• Collaborate with the VP of Product, Head of Data, the Product organization, and four Data Analysts.

• Establish the Data Product Manager role from the ground up.

• Proficient in Data and possess a genuine Product mindset.

• Have a keen technical curiosity and a desire to delve deeper into AI.

• Willing to engage practically with prompting, submitting MRs, and testing.

• Strong business acumen, product vision, and technical adaptability.

• Assertive and capable of leading discussions with stakeholders, motivating Analysts, and standing firm on decisions.

• Comfortable creating a brand-new position from the ground up.

• Adaptable to trial and error and navigating uncertainty.

• Curious about Data and AI.

• Skilled at translating problems into measurable outcomes.
