Data Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive data-centric solutions for clients

• Manage the full lifecycle of data products, from conception and development to implementation and enhancement

• Offer data analysis that supports business and digital product progression through data visualization

• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising data scientists, engineers, and analytics experts

• Create and deliver top-notch data products

• Attract, nurture, develop, mentor, and train data professionals

• Collaborate with both technical and business teams to identify data requirements and priorities

• Articulate the significance of data initiatives

• Prioritize activities and establish the roadmap while managing conflicting stakeholder demands

• Integrate strategic management with practical execution and daily operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher

• Mandatory proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Experience collaborating with international clients

• Skilled in PowerBI

• Strong background in customer segmentation

• Excellent strategic thinking and product-oriented mindset

• Experience with value-driven prioritization

• Demonstrated team leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
