Data Processor, E-Commerce Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Acquire, cleanse, organize, and process fundamental data sets from a variety of sources.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of structured datasets.

• Enter customer and account information by inputting both text and numerical data from source documents within specified time limits.

• Initiate and maintain customer accounts by documenting account information.

• Prepare for tasks by collecting necessary information and materials.

• Navigate through conversational flows to identify business needs, comprehend requirements, and present account products as effective solutions.

• Uphold data integrity and security.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets related to key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes through participation in training programs and continuous learning modules.

• Work collaboratively with other departments as necessary to resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in data entry, data processing, or related fields, ideally within a call center environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in utilizing computers and various software applications along with data processing tools.

• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Background in e-commerce.

• Familiarity with invoicing, promotions, and vouchers is a plus but not essential.
