Data Entry, Office Administrator – Automotive Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct accurate and high-volume daily data entry into the store’s central Marlin (Megabus) point-of-sale system via remote desktop.

• Support routine financial matching and Xero bank reconciliations in collaboration with the external accounting partner.

• Gradually take on more extensive administrative duties under the direct guidance of the Owner.

• Track incoming social media comments and engagement across store platforms.

• Address inquiries or maintain the brand's presence when appropriate.

• Follow secure IT protocols, including IP-whitelisted network environments and regular multi-factor authentication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive environment, such as an auto repair shop reception, tyre outlet, dealership operations, or auto parts procurement.

• Demonstrated high-accuracy data entry skills, attention to detail, and systematic work habits.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary, desktop-based POS systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and enterprise communication tools within a head-office setting.

• Capacity to work independently from home while ensuring consistent output and clear communication with on-site management.

• Dedication to a long-term, stable position.

• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial, store, and customer information.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with bank reconciliations in Xero.

• Preferred: experience using desktop systems through remote-desktop/VPN connections.

• Preferred: experience in monitoring or moderating social media channels for small to medium retail or service businesses.
