Data Processor, E-Commerce Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather, clean, organize, and process basic data sets from multiple sources.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of structured datasets.

• Input customer and account information by entering text and numerical data from source documents within specified time limits.

• Open and manage customer accounts by documenting account details.

• Prepare work tasks by collecting necessary information and materials.

• Navigate through conversation flows to identify business needs, comprehend requirements, and position account products as effective solutions.

• Uphold data integrity and security protocols.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets for related KPIs.

• Continuously enhance product, service, and process knowledge by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address customer concerns.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry, data processing, or related fields, ideally in a call center setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in computer usage and various software applications and data processing tools.

• QuickBooks experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Background in e-commerce.

• Familiarity with invoicing, promotions, and vouchers is beneficial but not required.
