This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist in the processing, validation, and quality assurance of survey data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate standard deliverables including datasets, data tables, codeframes, and documentation.
• Aid in weighting, significance testing, and statistical analyses under the direction of senior analysts.
• Acquire knowledge in Python, R, and automated processing techniques to minimize manual tasks.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for coding, quality assurance, and documentation purposes.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of automated processing workflows in conjunction with existing tools.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, along with a keen attention to detail.
• Background in data analysis, research, or a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, data science, or social science with a quantitative emphasis.
• Proficient in Excel and general data management.
• Eagerness and genuine desire to learn Python and/or R.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, SPSS, or other statistical software is not mandatory.
• Awareness of survey research or survey datasets is not mandatory.
• Interest in AI-assisted coding or analytical tools is not mandatory.
• Fully remote position, allowing work from anywhere in the EU.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, automation, and AI-assisted development on real, large-scale projects.
• Structured learning path including training in survey data processing, statistics, and coding.
