This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Create and execute data architectures that meet business requirements utilizing Snowflake for data warehousing, data lakes, and data engineering.
• Design and deploy data solutions for Business Intelligence (BI), ETL processes, and AI/ML applications.
• Aid in the migration of data from legacy systems to Snowflake.
• Guarantee data accessibility, security, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Design and implement Snowflake data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources.
• Develop Snowflake data models by considering data relationships, types, and storage needs.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of queries, data ingestion, and transformation processes.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Assess and choose tools and technologies for data integration, transformation, and analytics within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and support to data engineering and analytics teams.
• Take ownership of the overall technical solution design, recommending best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and convert findings into documented technical requirements and solution designs.
• Offer technical guidance for Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications that support business and product strategies.
• Lead strategy and digital roadmap initiatives in complex business settings.
• Transition clients to alternative solutions when initial proposals are unsuitable.
• Over 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting for cloud data platforms with multiple workstreams.
• Profound understanding of Snowflake architecture and its capabilities.
• Familiarity with data modernization techniques and practices.
• Strong proficiency in dbt.
• Experience with large-scale databases, data warehousing, Snowflake or Databricks, ETL, analytics, cloud technologies, data engineering, and data science.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills for engaging with clients and potential clients across all organizational levels.
• Ability to explain the connection between data and Customer Relationship Management (Customer360).
• Proven ability to guide clients towards alternative solutions, with supporting examples.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in intricate business environments.
• Background in data warehouses, data lakes, cloud technology, business intelligence, and CRM products.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, or Salesforce App Development utilizing LWCs, Apex, and Flow.
• In-depth understanding of architecture patterns and API management, including real-time streaming.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling techniques, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, Kimball, or similar methods.
• Must possess full-time permanent work authorization in the US.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation or sales.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions such as Einstein, SageMaker, and Vertex; strong understanding of generative AI.
• Practical experience in designing data solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on expertise with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
