Data Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise the complete product operations cycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery of features, enhancements, and customer-facing solutions.

• Work in partnership with product and engineering teams to align operational processes with product objectives, guaranteeing that customer requirements are satisfied with scalable solutions.

• Develop, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators that ensure both product and operational success, pinpointing areas for ongoing improvement.

• Oversee internal and external communications regarding product updates, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.

• Leverage data-driven insights to refine operational strategies, ensuring smooth execution and support for product teams.
