Data Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain pipelines that aggregate data from operational sources.

• Develop and refine data models that pinpoint recurring incidents.

• Uphold data quality and governance standards across all ingested data sources.

• Lead and manage the Problem Management lifecycle across various products.

• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations.

• Communicate operational intelligence findings and outcomes to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on production-grade pipeline design.

• Proficient in Python or Scala for data processing tasks.

• Strong command of SQL for analytical querying of large datasets.

• Practical experience with Jira and at least two of the following tools: PagerDuty, Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs into data workflows.

• Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
