Data Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with corporate retail and brand clients to gain insight into their category structures and product attribution requirements.

• Implement the mapping of products according to customers' category specifications, using both manual tagging and advanced machine learning tools.

• Utilize strong judgment and interpretation skills to ensure that data mapping is consistent with customer specifications and aligns with business objectives.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver projects on schedule, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Continuously assess and enhance product attribution processes to boost efficiency and quality.

• Employ technical expertise to improve existing processes and tools that facilitate data operations.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail and guarantee accuracy throughout every phase of the data mapping process.

• Take responsibility for the successful execution of projects, including adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience building a solid technical foundation, including applied skills in Python, Pyspark, and/or SQL.

• Experience with RegEx is not essential but would be regarded as a valuable addition.

• Proficiency in data analysis, tagging systems, and machine learning tools.

• Understanding of consumer product data and experience with retail or brand data.

• Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality and accurate results.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients.

• Demonstrated ability to execute projects efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
