Data Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verify that leads and accounts entering the pipeline are accurate and deduplicated prior to reaching sales representatives, irrespective of the source system.

• Establish and continually refine standards that dictate lead quality and routing for both business-assigned and self-sourced leads.

• Take ownership of CRM data integrity by eliminating duplicate or erroneous records and upholding sound account structures.

• Address data-related escalations, such as missing leads, incorrect matches, and flawed processes, by rectifying root causes.

• Assess opportunities for AI implementation aimed at data quality assurance, enrichment, and anomaly detection.

• Maintain measurable quality standards for deployed AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or go-to-market engineering, preferably in a B2B or marketplace setting.

• Practical experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, focusing on account structuring, deduplication, and field mapping.

• Strong instincts for data quality and the ability to navigate complex, imperfect data frameworks.

• Experience in designing or refining lead qualification criteria and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Experience in sourcing or evaluating third-party data vendors and enrichment tools.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong SQL skills, including data validation, anomaly investigation, and ad hoc analysis queries.

• Effective, proactive communication skills with comfort in collaborating directly with sales and field leadership.

• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to create and document scalable workflows.

• Python skills are preferred.

• Familiarity with modern AI tools to develop lightweight internal processes and workflows is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
