This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key clients in banking and capital markets.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic conversations, identifying client needs, challenges, and opportunities for value creation.
• Lead the development and presentation of customized technical proposals that meet client specifications.
• Work in collaboration with technology architects, risk analysts, compliance specialists, advisory, technology, and operations teams to create integrated solutions.
• Manage the performance and growth of assigned client accounts through analytics and performance metrics.
• Facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contract negotiations, and strategies for account expansion.
• Strive to achieve or surpass 20% year-over-year revenue growth for managed accounts.
• Coordinate global teams, address interdependencies, minimize silos, and foster knowledge sharing.
• Keep abreast of trends in banking and capital markets, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through whitepapers, webinars, and presentations to clients.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance on client management, proposal development, and growth strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 15 years of experience in banking, capital markets, or financial consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or client-facing position.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multimillion-dollar accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in technical design discussions and strategic consulting for large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of operations in banking and capital markets, including trading, risk management, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
• Technical expertise in fintech, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI applications within the financial sector.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and advanced AI/ML platforms.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in proposal development and designing technical workflows.
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Ability to lead technical delivery teams while ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, forecasting, and revenue objectives.
• Proficient in navigating a matrixed organization and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of Enterprise Data Management solutions and leading technologies/tools.
• Flexibility to adapt methodologies according to client requirements.
• Experience in delivering presentations to individuals, groups, and executives.
• Proficient in conducting internal training sessions.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations within the U.S.
• Base salary ranging from USD $200,000 to $280,000 annually.
