Data Management Health IT Informatics Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage stakeholders, gather requirements, create information models, and document processes.

• Act as the EWIMP data governance leader and serve as the intermediary between Field Hubs and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams.

• Analyze data and track data quality metrics using dashboards in Microsoft Purview.

• Ensure data practices comply with VA privacy, HIPAA, and FISMA standards.

• Develop executive briefings, infographics, and comprehensive data playbooks.

• Assist with ongoing Post-Go-Live activities and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of specialized experience.

• At least 8 years of experience (6 of which must be specialized) in requirements gathering, analysis, and health information systems.

• Familiarity with VA data sources, Federal EHR, or clinical data repositories.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing abilities.

• Knowledge of health information standards such as HL7, FHIR, etc.
