This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in defining integration requirements, interface controls, mapping logic, and validation criteria for the movement of data between source and target platforms.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of batch feeds, APIs, file transfers, and transformation jobs that support OneStream and downstream reporting requirements.
• Verify source-to-target data movement across various systems, staging layers, data outputs, and reporting platforms to ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Reconcile data across integration layers and facilitate 3-way reconciliation activities to identify discrepancies between source systems, transformed data, and reporting outputs.
• Address load failures, schema issues, mapping errors, field mismatches, rejected records, and processing exceptions; document root causes and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Ensure synchronization of reference data, master data, mappings, and key attributes essential for reliable federal reporting and downstream processing.
• Assist with data testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover validation, and early production monitoring for integration-related functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical developers, source system owners, and business stakeholders to resolve ongoing data movement challenges and enhance control points that minimize rework.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for interface logic, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, issue resolution steps, and operational support transitions.
• Provide assistance during go-live and stabilization phases by swiftly triaging production issues and aiding in the restoration of reliable end-to-end data movement.
• Proven experience in supporting data integration, interface management, ETL/data transformation, or system remediation efforts in a federal or enterprise platform environment.
• Strong grasp of source-to-target mapping, interface controls, batch processing, file-based integrations, APIs, and reconciliation techniques.
• Capacity to analyze data movement across multiple layers and identify root causes of failures, mismatches, incomplete loads, and transformation issues.
• Familiarity with federal accounting practices, General Ledger structures, and government finance data flows.
• Experience in supporting structured testing processes, including SIT, UAT, defect triage, regression validation, and production readiness.
• Understanding of federal implementation delivery standards such as traceability, documentation control, approval cycles, cutover discipline, and stabilization support.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, data, reporting, and PMO teams in a documentation-intensive and compliance-oriented setting.
• Excellent documentation skills for mappings, interface specifications, validation evidence, issue logs, and support procedures.
• Preferred experience with financial system integrations, ERP feeder files, historical/current data loads, or downstream reporting interfaces.
• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is a plus.
