Data Insight Analyst – SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Healthcare Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Generate reports and perform analytics utilizing data from the data warehouse and Salesforce through Excel, SQL, Tableau, and various other reporting/analytics tools.

• Deliver consultative insights:

• Examine data to uncover patterns and trends over time.

• Contrast data from various categories to detect relationships or correlations.

• Implement statistical analysis to pinpoint patterns and relationships in the data.

• Offer context and explanations for the data through visualizations and narrative descriptions.

• Identify outliers or anomalies in the data and explore their causes.

• Review and conduct quality assurance on data/reports prior to client delivery (internal/external).

• Engage directly with customers regarding their data requirements and critical deadlines.

• Investigate and highlight data quality issues.

• Manage ongoing partner inquiries and requests concerning data specifications.

• Configure mapping tools to facilitate the translation from source data to the desired format, including tool testing and providing clear documentation for internal resources and clients.

• Serve as the resident expert for data requirements/specifications, both internally and for clients as necessary.

• Stay informed and updated on the ongoing changes and evolution of assigned program data specifications.

• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients/partners regarding data specifications and requirements.

• Self-motivated individual who is not entirely reliant on direction to execute the responsibilities of the role.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Prior experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.

• Background in healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is essential.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is required.

• Must be highly responsive, capable of working under pressure during crises, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
