Data Insight Analyst – SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Generate reports and analytics by utilizing data from the data warehouse and Salesforce through Excel, SQL, Tableau, and various other reporting and analytics tools.

• Deliver consultative insights:

• Examine data to uncover patterns and trends over time.

• Contrast data across different categories to discover relationships or correlations.

• Implement statistical analysis to reveal patterns and connections within the data.

• Provide context and detailed explanations for the data by leveraging visualizations and narrative descriptions.

• Detect outliers or anomalies in the data and probe into their underlying causes.

• Review and perform quality assurance on data/reports before they are submitted to the client (both internal and external).

• Engage directly with customers concerning their data requirements and key deadlines.

• Investigate and identify issues related to data quality.

• Oversee continuous incoming partner inquiries and requests regarding data specifications.

• Configure mapping tools to facilitate the translation from source data to the desired format, including testing the tool and supplying clear documentation to internal teams and clients.

• Serve as the resident expert on data requirements and specifications, both internally and for clients as necessary.

• Stay informed about ongoing changes and developments concerning assigned program data specifications.

• Lead web-based training sessions for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements.

• This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

• Self-motivated individual who can independently fulfill the responsibilities of the role without excessive direction.

• Excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like environment.

• Prior experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy data is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is essential.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is required.

• Must demonstrate high responsiveness and the ability to operate effectively under pressure, particularly during crises, with a strong sense of urgency.
