This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Deliver specialized expertise in Data 360 product and implementation to effectively position, scope, schedule, and allocate resources for Data 360 Professional Services engagements, encompassing both customer-funded and ARI/SWE funded projects.
• Collaborate and establish robust relationships with License Sales and Professional Services OU counterparts to provide education on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings.
• Engage with customers, including C-Level executives, adopting a consultative sales approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Leverage industry knowledge and business insight to comprehend customer motivations, business drivers, strategic objectives, and desired business outcomes.
• Develop a compelling vision and effectively communicate our transformative solutions aimed at generating significant success and business value from a customer's investment.
• Consistently identify opportunities for 'add on' services with existing customers.
• Contribute to the creation of internal methodologies and standardized approaches for application across Services OUs and other regional Practices.
• Achieve individual Services KSOs (Key Strategic Objectives), which include personal utilization and influenced individual Services bookings.
• Willingness to travel across various North American locations (typically 10%-25% per quarter).
• A decade of experience, including working with Data platforms to address real business challenges.
• Relevant experience with the Salesforce Data 360 platform or equivalent Customer Data Platform solutions (Custom CDP Solutions, SaaS CDP Solutions such as Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe AEP, Segment, Treasure Data, BlueShift, SessionM, RedPoint, etc.).
• Functional knowledge of widely used enterprise cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, and insights into how organizations formulate enterprise data strategies around these platforms.
• Experience in data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably utilizing cloud-based tools and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products, with a clear perspective on how data and AI enhance our Core Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in a Professional Services GTM role (e.g., Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre-sales Architect).
• Background in a consultative role, with a solid grasp of consumption sales, technology, and how software services integrate into the overall sales process.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders to understand and accomplish business goals through data utilization.
• Experience in growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects (valued in millions).
• Demonstrated capacity to influence group audiences, facilitate solution discussions, and lead sessions related to implementation methodology, roadmapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering.
• A highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
