📋 Description

• Conduct research to locate tradespeople and construction firms using online directories, Yellow Pages, Google, and industry-specific databases.

• Accurately input business information, contact names, and email addresses into a spreadsheet and the Empiraa CRM.

• Dispatch templated outreach emails to tradespeople to onboard them onto the Mates Rates platform.

• Monitor outreach progress and follow up promptly with individuals who do not respond.

• Organize and tag tradespeople based on trade type, location, and status within the database.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.

• Identify duplicate entries and clean existing data as necessary.

• Provide reports on daily and weekly outreach activities and database expansion.

• Assist with general administrative duties associated with platform onboarding as directed.

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, lead generation, or database management roles.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or equivalent spreadsheet tools.

• Strong written English communication skills for effective email outreach.

• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during a 20-hour work week.

• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks at a fast pace.

• Familiarity with online business directories and web research methodologies.

• Organized and methodical in managing and tracking outreach efforts.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

• Experience with CRM systems or outreach platforms is a plus.
