📋 Description

• Accurately input, modify, and preserve data across various internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Detect and rectify data discrepancies, errors, and missing information.

• Keep organized and current digital records and documentation.

• Conduct data validation and periodic quality assessments.

• Support basic administrative tasks and other data-related activities as assigned.

• Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Achieve established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent Data Entry experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel along with other Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and online systems.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while preserving quality and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for identifying discrepancies.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines and performance standards.

• Willingness to work during the graveyard shift.
