Data Entry Operator, Fulltime – In-house Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform data entry into company systems and organize information following established protocols.

• Adhere to a designated schedule.

• Organize records or documents as directed.

• Enter data into predefined templates.

• Gather materials and make photocopies.

• Confirm receipt and inspect all components of image delivery.

• Complete the electronic summary checklist.

• Digitally categorize file segments, including CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages, and Unused data.

• Manage patent applications by sorting images into appropriate folders when necessary.

• Handle problem files in accordance with established guidelines.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and help address issues when appropriate.

• Meet or surpass set quantity and quality production standards.

• Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in computer applications (mouse, keyboard, and Windows software).

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

• Ability to solve problems effectively.

• Capable of acquiring and retaining a large volume of information.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Committed to ongoing personal development.

• Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate good judgment.

• Must pass all pre-employment assessments.

• Ability to reproduce test documents from source documents by following guidelines.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must successfully complete the LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance.

• Candidates should reside in the Greater Philadelphia or Greater Pittsburgh areas.
