Data Entry Operator, Fulltime, In-House Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute data entry tasks into company systems and organize information following established protocols.

• Adhere to an assigned work schedule.

• Organize records or documents as directed.

• Enter content into predefined templates.

• Gather materials and make photocopies as necessary.

• Carry out basic data entry responsibilities.

• Confirm receipt and inspect all components of image deliveries.

• Complete the electronic summary checklist.

• Digitally categorize file segments, including CWU with varying complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages, and Unused data.

• Manage patent applications by organizing images into appropriate folders as required.

• Address problem files in accordance with established procedures.

• Aid in training new team members and assist in problem resolution when applicable.

• Achieve or surpass set quantity and quality production goals.

• Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Proficient in computer applications (mouse, keyboard, and Windows software).

• Strong focus on detail and quality.

• Ability to solve problems efficiently.

• Capability to absorb and retain extensive information.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

• Committed to continuous personal development.

• Capacity to make informed decisions and exercise sound judgment.

• Must successfully pass all pre-employment assessments.

• Ability to replicate test documents based on source documents by following guidelines.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Required to complete the LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance successfully.

• Candidates must reside in the Greater Philadelphia or Greater Pittsburgh regions.
