This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish new billing accounts in the system to guarantee precise customer records.
• Analyze property address data across various spreadsheets and the system of record to pinpoint and document billing rebate matches.
• Refresh billing rebate reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Access National Account customer portals to observe and track technician service activities.
• Recognize incomplete service work orders and mark them for further action.
• Assemble and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors.
• Ensure all work orders are finalized and prepared for billing.
• Uphold data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Execute daily and monthly billing responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An Associate's degree or a related field OR equivalent years of experience.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of related professional experience for each year of college requested.
• Demonstrable experience in administrative support or a relevant data entry or reporting position.
• Proven track record in managing and comparing extensive data sets.
• Familiarity with navigating customer portals or comparable digital service platforms.
• Experience in managing corporate billing and invoicing processes.
• Proficient in using Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or QlikView.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong capability in managing intricate data sets across multiple platforms.
• Ability to operate within customers' residences, properties, and business locations, often without supervision.
• Capability to access and manage personally identifiable information and financial records.
• Proficient in resolving conflicts and disputes in a calm and unobtrusive manner.
