This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-powered products for the data ecosystem, which encompasses agents, chatbots, automatic query rewriting, automated model generation, and documentation.

• Ensure the reliability of agentic systems through the implementation of guardrails, validations, and observability (e.g., LangFuse).

• Engage in the creation and advancement of internal MCPs while working on integrations between various tools.

• Evaluate technical trade-offs and conduct comparative experiments.

• Take part in code reviews focusing on performance, token cost, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with the Data Platform and Analytics Engineering teams to link platform products with actual team usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Practical experience in building and deploying AI products, with extensive daily utilization of LLMs.

• Understanding of programming logic, algorithms, and data structures.

• Experience in orchestrating pipelines using Airflow or Dagster.

• Skills in data transformation with dbt or Dataform.

• Familiarity with cloud systems and architectures, preferably GCP/BigQuery.

• Experience with deployment using Kubernetes, Docker, or Cloud Run.

• Proficient in integrating systems via APIs and webhooks.

• Nice-to-haves: experience with agentic systems in production, MCP, RAG, AI system evaluation, spec-driven development, visualization platforms via API, Terraform, FastAPI, and Slack bots/integrations.
