Data Engineer, GCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes in GCP environments.

• Data modeling for analytical and reporting environments.

• Development and optimization of data pipelines.

• Integration of data from various sources.

• Implementation of best practices for quality, performance, and data governance.

• Collaboration with architects, analysts, and business teams to define scalable data solutions.

• Participation in data engineering projects, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working on data projects within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling.

• Experience with databases and processing large volumes of information.

• Proficient in SQL and query optimization.

• Ability to thrive in agile environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with data transformation tools such as Dataform, dbt, or similar.

• Familiarity with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, or GCP data services.

• Google Cloud certifications.
