Data Disclosure Strategy Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of ongoing litigation, including the management of discovery requests.

• Offer legal counsel and support to address subpoenas or other legal inquiries pertaining to customer information.

• Proactively resolve potential conflicts while providing advice on risk management.

• Enhance the eDiscovery program by leveraging automation and artificial intelligence.

• Recognize systemic legal risks and procedural shortcomings, creating scalable solutions.

• Remain informed about trends and best practices in commercial litigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in at least one state bar in the U.S.

• A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department.

• Strong preference for prior in-house legal experience in a technology company.

• Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and complex litigation matters.

• Extensive experience in mitigating legal risks and navigating intricate regulatory compliance and data privacy frameworks.

• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
