Data Conversion Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assist in converting and migrating client data to the AutoLeap platform from various systems utilizing a range of in-house tools and Excel, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Serve as a crucial collaborator with our Implementation team to achieve ambitious onboarding goals by delivering data accurately and on time.

• Establish clear expectations throughout the data conversion process and offer actionable recommendations for conversion to clients and key stakeholders.

• Oversee a portfolio of multiple projects concurrently, managing them effectively.

• Actively seek out opportunities for improvement within our internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in business, STEM, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities, capable of simplifying and clarifying complex issues for stakeholders at all levels.

• A keen attention to data accuracy and a commitment to following—and enhancing—structured processes.

• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by a high level of proficiency in integrating and manipulating data from multiple sources, including Microsoft Excel, Access, MS SQL (database structure and queries), and other formats.
