Data Conversion Consultant – Short-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Transform employee and payroll data from iSolved into Dayforce import templates.

• Analyze raw HRIS exports and convert data into the necessary Dayforce format.

• Verify data mappings and detect any missing or inconsistent information.

• Work collaboratively with the client's HR and payroll team to clarify data needs.

• Provide finalized Dayforce templates that are ready for import and review.

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, inquiries, and any potential data issues throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with at least one complete Dayforce implementation.

• Familiarity with Dayforce data import templates and HRIS data migration.

• Expertise in converting and mapping employee and payroll data between HR systems.

• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data frameworks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work autonomously.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with a U.S.-based team during Eastern Time business hours as needed.
