This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Conduct ongoing and ad hoc research and analysis related to business performance, data discrepancies, and future claim forecasts.

• Summarize findings for coherent presentation and collaborate with business partners to create product and process solutions.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of a database for past claims to support actuarial premium-rate processes for health insurance products.

• Analyze extensive data sets to identify factors influencing business and industry trends.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for process modifications and data requests.

• Accurately complete ad hoc data requests in a timely manner, presenting results clearly and systematically.

• Experience in retrieving and analyzing data from relational databases using SQL and SAS; familiarity with Python is a plus.

• Strong curiosity, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Interest in and experience with AI technologies and tools.

• Capacity to clearly communicate data-driven findings, trends, and insights.

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or research-related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related field required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple assignments under critical deadlines.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
