This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Analyze, standardize, and improve material master data records in accordance with company SOPs.
• Maintain daily productivity based on the complexity of assigned projects and customers.
• Effectively manage time between analysis, data cleansing, and research to ensure both efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate consistently with team members to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Take responsibility for your work, identify challenges, and actively seek assistance or training when necessary.
• Be available for overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Adopt a customer-first mindset and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in data entry, cleansing, or similar fields.
• Proficient computer skills with a good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industrial spare parts is advantageous.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of computer use and screen exposure.
