Data Center Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of data center projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, technical requirements, and budget limitations.

• Create and manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

• Coordinate resources both internally and externally to achieve project milestones.

• Engage in sales and marketing activities related to Data Center / Mission-critical initiatives.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work atmosphere.

• Work alongside internal specialists and digital transformation teams to test new tools and workflows.

• Remain updated on emerging technologies and standards within the mission-critical sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing data center or mission-critical projects.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to client sites and project locations.

• Preferred experience with hyperscale or colocation data center projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Newforma, ProjectWise, or similar is preferred.

• Experience in integrating CAD, BIM, and AI tools into design or project workflows is preferred.

• A minimum of 14 years of overall engineering or technical experience, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role.

• Proven history of engaging with external customers and establishing successful client relationships.
