Data Annotator – Geospatial, LiDAR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Reconstruct three-dimensional power grid networks utilizing LiDAR point-cloud and GIS mapping data.

• Position 3D elements such as poles, lines, and conductors to correspond with actual layouts.

• Align original two-dimensional map data with three-dimensional models.

• Annotate high-resolution drone images to identify grid components and spot structural defects.

• Contribute to the creation of precise digital twins of power grids and critical infrastructure for network analysis, risk assessment, and maintenance planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in GIS, Geodesy, Cartography, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Excellent spatial reasoning and the capability to navigate three-dimensional environments with ease.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level (able to read instructions, view training videos, and communicate effectively).

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a readiness to learn from feedback.

• A PC or laptop equipped with an Intel i7-11800H processor (or equivalent/better CPU).

• Dedicated GPU (NVIDIA T1200 or superior; RTX 4060 is recommended).

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM (32 GB preferred).

• A basic understanding of power grids or prior experience with LiDAR data is advantageous.
