Data Annotator – Geospatial, LiDAR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Reconstruct three-dimensional power grid networks utilizing LiDAR point-cloud and GIS map data.

• Position 3D elements such as poles, lines, and conductors to reflect real-world configurations.

• Align original two-dimensional map data with three-dimensional models.

• Annotate high-resolution drone images to recognize grid components and identify structural issues.

• Aid in creating precise digital twins of power grids and essential infrastructure for analysis, risk assessment, and maintenance strategies by energy companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong spatial reasoning skills and the capability to easily navigate within three-dimensional environments.

• Proficiency in English at the B2 level (ability to read instructions, view training videos, and communicate effectively).

• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a readiness to learn from constructive feedback.

• A PC or laptop equipped with an Intel i7-11800H (or equivalent/better CPU), a dedicated GPU (NVIDIA T1200 or superior; RTX 4060 is recommended), and a minimum of 16 GB RAM (32 GB preferred).

• A background in GIS, Geodesy, Cartography, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• A basic understanding of power grids or prior experience with LiDAR data is beneficial.

• A CV submitted in English is required.
