This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Assess, classify, annotate, categorize, group, mask, or label various types of data including video, audio, text, images, documents, and other pertinent information in accordance with established guidelines.

• Create data sets intended for production and machine learning applications.

• Listen to and categorize audio data sets, encompassing human and animal sounds, songs, music, and dialogues.

• Evaluate and classify emotions, gestures, and other significant aspects within content.

• Annotate images using heat graphs or spectrograms to identify sleeping or active states.

• Comprehend and remain informed about content policies and guidelines.

• Review online videos, social media content, web pages, and advertisements for adherence to policies and guidelines.

• Detect non-compliant content and report it for necessary actions.

• Utilize sound judgment to carry out tasks effectively and accurately.

• Contribute to the social media mission and uphold community standards.

• Enforce social media Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.

• Work within a 24/7 shift rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least a Diploma or equivalent in any field.

• Must possess B2 level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

• A minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support across any industry.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields.

• Call center experience is not mandatory but would be considered a significant advantage.

• Enthusiastic about communication and engaging with others.

• Capable of receiving ongoing feedback and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

• Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and strive for personal improvement.

• Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.

• Able to exhibit critical thinking and a proactive mindset.

• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the required language to provide support.

• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with a 90% accuracy rate.

• Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
