This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create reporting solutions by gathering, validating, interpreting, and structuring data into insightful reports and summaries for specified client groups.

• Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of current reports is maintained and enhanced.

• Conduct team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and establish project prioritization.

• Propose quality and system enhancements by examining data issues, sustaining and refining data iteration processes, and collaborating with system owners to optimize upstream workflows.

• Provide training for users and team members as required.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to job-specific security responsibilities, controls, and all legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy obligations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and/or relevant work experience.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

• At least 1 year of experience with SQL.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa or residency sponsorship.

• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve problems using analytical tools.

• Proficient time management and prioritization abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

• Familiarity with various reporting technologies.

• Preferred experience with report-generating technologies such as Cognos, SAS, Alteryx, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, or Tableau.

• Experience in data consolidation and modeling is preferred.

• Preferred background in PBM or working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare, and/or benefits data.

• Preferred experience in implementing quality process improvement initiatives.

• Experience in documenting requirements, developing training materials, and working directly with end users is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge and skills in Tableau are preferred.

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations available when applicable.

• Potential salary range of $59,000.00 - $94,000.00, depending on experience and skills.
