• Acquire the skills to convert SOW contract terms into subscription models within Ordway.

• Guarantee a smooth synchronization between Ordway and QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring the integrity of our general ledger.

• Support the Head of Finance and Controller with various data requests, financial reporting, and preparation for audits.

• Take initiative in managing and auditing data quality across all financial systems to ensure that reporting is completely reliable.

• Utilize tools such as Coupler and SaasAnt to manipulate and import data with meticulous attention to detail.

• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize our tech stack (Ramp, Cube, Claude AI) and recommend more effective workflows.

• Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets/Excel, with a strong comfort level in complex data manipulation.

• Familiarity and experience in automating manual processes to boost team efficiency.

• Experience with Ordway is highly beneficial. Knowledge of Ramp, Cube, Coupler, or SaasAnt will elevate your candidacy.

• Understanding of international accounting principles (such as transfer pricing) is an added advantage.
