Billing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage and process vendor invoices, allocating them to the correct purchase orders.

• Resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices, comparing expected costs to actual invoiced amounts.

• Input and record accounts payable invoices in our specialized order processing and accounting software.

• Process invoices for our clients.

• Generate client invoices and distribute them via email.

• Examine and address issues regarding client invoices and credit card charges for completed projects.

• Offer support to help achieve the sales team's goals.

• Attain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures to effectively handle client and vendor inquiries and orders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, and/or General Accounting, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Availability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.

• Proficient in Excel, including skills in pivot tables, lookups, and report generation.

• Experience with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation processes.

• A commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial records with strong attention to detail.

• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.

• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is beneficial, but not mandatory.
