This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary custodian and advocate for enterprise data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports that deliver valuable insights into company performance and facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Design, maintain, and continuously enhance executive reporting frameworks that allow leaders to rapidly grasp trends, opportunities, and risks within the organization.
• Develop and uphold a thorough data inventory and mapping framework, detailing the location of data, its flow through systems, and how it can be utilized for current and future business endeavors.
• Work in partnership with development teams to define and support data architecture, models, and integration strategies that guarantee scalability and long-term usability of enterprise data assets.
• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from both internal and external sources to ensure high-quality information is available for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to design and implement effective data pipelines, ensuring smooth extraction, transformation, and accessibility of data throughout the organization.
• Analyze intricate datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, operational enhancements, and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously seek out new data sources, metrics, and opportunities to enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and business results.
• Create visualizations, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish and uphold data governance standards, definitions, and documentation to enhance consistency and trust in organizational reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring data requirements are understood, prioritized, and integrated into future development efforts.
• Continuously improve data processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to boost organizational efficiency and execution speed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with executive leadership and development teams to ensure that evolving business priorities are reflected in reporting and data strategies.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with IMO, Insurance Carrier, and/or financial services operations is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SQL, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to organize, document, and map complex data environments across multiple systems and applications.
• Strong experience in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to ensure high-quality, reliable information for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach and capacity to anticipate business and data needs.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the USA.
